Whenever I see "vote early, vote often" I immediately think of my hometown Chicago which I will claim as the city that the coined phrase was talking about. With a little research you will discover that in the elections of 1960 John F. Kennedy won the Chicago vote based on the early and often practices of Chicago Voters including but not limited too voting from graveyards and vacant lots.
